The award takes into account, among other things, employee development, employee perspectives, demographics and family orientation, internal entrepreneurship as well as communication, vision and leadership.
We are one of the top employers in Germany
Our family business Baldus Medizintechnik was among the 2,800 most popular medium-sized employers in Germany. This is the result of a study by Focus-Business and the employer rating portal Kununu.

Why we are among the most popular employers
Above all, the importance of employee development has increased in recent years. Of course, employees must be encouraged and we have pursued this philosophy since our foundation. Rhetoric courses for telephone and sales also take place at regular intervals. Since sales are omnipresent in every situation, our employees also benefit from the knowledge gained in everyday private life.

This is how it is determined as a top employer
A total of 2,800 top medium-sized employers from all over Germany are identified. There are therefore numerous applications for this. FOCUS Business and Media Market Insights, a market research company, evaluate over 750,000 company profiles. This is done in cooperation with Kununu, because the rating platform now has over three million ratings and therefore has a meaningful database.
All companies with a minimum of eleven employees and a maximum of 500 employees who have achieved a minimum number of evaluations are taken into account in this study. The sum of all ratings must have an average of at least 3.5 points. At least five points are possible on the platform.
However, it must be ensured that all companies compete under the same conditions. This is achieved by comparing the rating average and the number of ratings with the number of employees.
