In September 2017 we wanted to find out from our customers how satisfied they are with the products and services of Baldus Medizintechnik GmbH. Because of the constant growth in recent years, new structures and responsibilities have arisen within the company. For this very reason, the opinion of our customers is important to us. This is the only way we can further improve and develop our services and the service concept in the interests of our customers.
In the satisfaction survey, we differentiated between the characteristics of quality, performance, benefit, implementation and service. Overall, we were able to achieve a good average. Our customers are "satisfied" with us in all areas. Of course, this value needs to be improved. But personal experiences like “Super service. From the preparation of the offer to the assembly on site; Everything to the fullest satisfaction.” or “Professional customer care, fast and friendly processing of requests, long service life of the systems.” allow us to look to the future with optimism. In addition, 91 percent of those surveyed would recommend us.
We are very happy about these results. The satisfaction survey shows us both our strengths and weaknesses. With this customer feedback, we can make further optimizations in the company, because we take the comments of our customers very seriously. Our goal is to significantly improve the customer ratings in the next customer survey in the coming year.
